(May 16, 2013) -- The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) announced today that it will hold a Thoroughbred Breeding Clinic Friday, May 31 – Sunday, June 2 in Lexington , Ky. The clinic, sponsored by Blood-Horse Publications, will offer topics including planning a mating, conformation, foal registration, equine nutrition, pasture management, foaling and farm management.
