TEMECULA, Calif. (Jan. 8, 2010) -- The first Council Member foal was born January 7, 2010.

The filly was born at Special T Thoroughbreds in Temecula. The filly is out of the Present Value mare Queen's Value.

Council Member is the last stakes-winning son of champion Seattle Slew to go to stud and was a stakes winner of $347,306.
