Alywyn in Madamoiselle

EDMONTON, Calif. (Aug. 5, 2012) – Alywyn is the lone California-bred entered in Monday’s $50,000 Madamoiselle Handicap for fillies and mares at Northlands Park.

Alywyn is by Benchmark, out of the Deputy Minister mare Renaissance Woman, was bred by Pam and Marty Wygod, is owned by Side Management and is trained by Amber Meyaard.

She has 14 wins in 30 starts, earnings of $272,945 and is coming off a win in the July 21 John Patrick. She was fifth in this race last year and second in 2010.
