CHESTER, W. Va. (Aug. 1, 2017) – B Squared is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $750,000 Grade III West Virginia Derby for 3-year-olds at Mountaineer Park.
B Squared is by Square Eddie, out of the Ten Most Wanted mare Silar Rules, was bred by owner Reddam Racing and is trained by Doug O’Neill.
He has two wins in six starts, earnings of $178,400 and is coming off a third in the July 15 Los Alamitos Derby.
