From Barretts
DEL MAR, Calif. (July 17, 2016) — The catalog for the second annual Barretts August Select Yearling Sale is now on-line and will be mailed soon. This auction of 72 yearlings will be held on Tuesday August 30 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Surfside Race Place located on the grounds of the Del Mar Racetrack in Del Mar, California. We believed that last year’s yearlings were a very good group of yearlings in terms of quality and we believe that this year’s group is stronger. Last year’s select yearling group has already started strong from limited starters including the sensational Hot Perfection.
The yearlings will be stabled inside the Del Mar Horse Show Arena adjacent to the Sales Pavilion.
