SHAKOPEE, Minn. (May 22, 2015) – California-breds Deal Master and World Famous Sam T are entered in Monday’s $75,000 Honor the Hero Stakes at Canterbury Park.
Deal Master is by Mr. Broad Blade, out of the Master Derby mare Master Blaster, was bred by Kin and Man Hui and is owned by trainer Luis Canchari. He has one win in 12 starts, earnings of $8,940 and is coming off an Apr. 11 maiden win.
World Famous Sam T is by Misty’sgoldentouch, out of the Olympio mare Yo Sal, was bred by Laura Bailey, is owned by Henry Paravecino and trained by Dayson Lavanway. He has five wins in 16 starts, earnings of $48,427 and is coming off a sixth in an Apr. 28 claimer.
