SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Aug. 9, 2012) – California-breds Condiment and Native Treasure are entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Cavonnier Juvenile Stakes for 2-year-olds at Santa Rosa.
Condiment is by Peppered Cat, out of the Batonnier mare Evelyn Negri, was bred by owners Joseph Brook & Joseph Negri and is trained by Joseph Brook. He is a first-time starter.
Native Treasure is by Tribal Rule, out of the Bertrando mare Visual Treat, was bred by Pam & Marty Wygod, is owned by V. Heeg, E. Moger Jr., P. Neary, F. Walker et al and is trained by Moger. He has one win and two seconds in stakes in three career starts, earnings of $48,280 and is coming off a second in the July 8 Everett Nevin Alameda County Futurity.
