ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 30, 2015) – Journey On and Kathleen Rose, California-bred daughters of Good Journey, are entered in Saturday’s $70,000 Swingtime Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Journey On is out of the American Chance mare Miss Del Mar, was bred by Leatherman Racing, is owned by Robert Master and is trained by Richard Baltas. She has four wins in 15 starts, earnings of $199,128 and is coming off a third in a Sept. 5 optional claimer.
Kathleen Rose is out of the Decarchy mare Cantina’s Rose, was bred by owner B&B Zietz Stables and is trained by Mike Puype. She has five wins in 17 starts, earnings of $341,988 and is coming off an eighth in the Aug. 16 Solana Beach.
