ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 8, 2015) – California-breds Octofy and Sunday’s Star of Munster are entered in Sunday’s $70,000 Anoakia Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Octofy is by Square Eddie, out of the Rock Hard Ten mare Octogenarian, was bred by owner Reddam Racing and is trained by Doug O’Neill. She has one win in two starts, earnings of $33,000 and is coming off a Sept. 11 maiden win.
Star of Munster is by Tribal Rule, out of the Ghostzapper mare Tuesday’s with P, was bred by Cole Ranch, is owned by Charles Garvey and trained by Robertino Diodoro. She has one win in two starts, earnings of $33,850 and is coming off a seventh in the June 21 Landaluce.
