Cal-bred Pair in Kent Stakes

AUBURN, Wash. (May 25, 2017) – California-breds Reginella and Sorceress Warning are entered in Sunday’s $50,000 Kent Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Emerald Downs.

Reginella is by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Cahill Road mare Ghost Tree, was bred by owners DiPietro Thoroughbreds and is trained by Blaine Wright. She has two wins in nine starts, earnings of $61,623 and is coming off a fifth in the May 7 Seattle Stakes.

Sorceress Warning is by Elusive Warning, out of the Conquistador Cielo mare Lady Sorceress, was bred by Madera Thoroughbreds, is owned by Ezra Craig, Thomas Glasgow or Manuel Ortiz, Sr., and is trained by Ortiz. She has two wins in 11 starts, earnings of $30,276 and is coming off a Mar. 29 optional claiming win.
