Cal-bred Pair in Pan Zareta

NEW ORLEANS, La. (Dec. 31, 2017) – California-breds Nite Delite and Our Lucky Break are entered in Saturday’s $50,000 Pan Zareta Stakes for fillies and mares at Fair Grounds.

Nite Delite is by War Chant, out of the Mountain Cat mare One Tough Cat, was bred by Angel Crest Farms, is owned by Savorthetimeracing and is trained by W. Bret Calhoun. She has seven wins in 26 starts, earnings of $322,455 and is coming off a fifth in the Dec. 2 Richard Scherer Memorial.

Our Lucky Break is an also-eligible by Lookin At Lucky, out of the Dixie Union mare Kim’s Grace, was bred by Milt Policzer and is owned by trainer Kevin Thompson. She has one win in five starts, earnings of $41,100 and is coming off a second in a Dec. 22 allowance.
