ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2016) – California-breds Tiz a Kiss and Majestic Heat are entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade I Rodeo Drive Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Tiz a Kiss is by Cee’s Tizzy, out of the Seattle Bound mare Candy Factory, was bred by Dahlberg Farms, is owned by Cicero Farms and trained by Richard Baltas. She has four wins in 20 starts, earnings of $314,751 and is coming off a win in a Sept. 1 optional claimer.
Majestic Heat is by Unusual Heat, out of the Ole mare Chi Chi Nette, was bred by Madeline Auerbach and Barry Abrams, is owned by Auerbach, Ron McCauley or Bardy Farms and is trained by Richard Mandella. She has four wins in nine starts, earnings of $254,794 and is coming off a win in the Aug. 14 Solana Beach.
