DEL MAR, Calif. (Nov. 23, 2017) – California-bred stakes winners He Will and Pee Wee Reese are entered in Sunday’s $200,000 Grade II Seabiscuit Handicap at Del Mar.
He Will is by Cyclotron, out of the Lear Fan mare Could She, was bred by Old English Rancho & Berumen, is owned by All Schlaich Stables, Hollendorfer, Team Green or Randall, et al and is trained by Jerry Hollendorfer. He has six wins in 19 starts, earnings of $322,619 and is coming off a win in the Nov. 2 Lure.
Pee Wee Reese is by Tribal Rule, out of the Unbridled’s Song mare Bluegrass Belle, was bred by owner Nick Alexander and is trained by Phil D’Amato. He has five wins in nine starts, earnings of $259,990 and is making his first start since a win in the July 4 American.
