Cal-bred Pair at Ruidoso

RUIDOSO, N.M. (Aug. 30, 2012) – California-breds Hezamazing and Global Stage are entered in Monday’s $50,000 Ruidoso Downs Thoroughbred Championship Handicap.

Hezamazing is by Indy Film, out of the Ruhlmann mare She’s Amazing, was bred by George Krikorian, is owned by Carlyle Rollins and trained by Rick Houghton. He has 14 wins in 40 starts, earnings of $274,053 and is coming off a a win in the Aug. 12 Arapahoe Park Classic. He was fourth in this race last year and second in 2010.

Global Stage is by Globalize, out of the Gold Stage mare Stage a Riot, was bred by Ellen Jackson and Margaret Sherr and is owned by trainer David Wolochuk. He has five wins in 27 starts, earnings of $138,154 and is coming off a sixth in the Aug. 12 Arapahoe Park Classic.
