Cal-bred Pair in State Fair Sprint

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 16, 2012) – California-breds Trapper’s Bounty and Advance Ticket are entered in Saturday’s $75,000 California State Fair Sprint Handicap at Sacramento.

Trapper’s Bounty is by Trapper, out of the Pirate’s Bounty mare K’S Bounty, was bred by Joseph Morey Jr. Revocable Trust, is owned by McCarty Thoroughbreds and trained by Adam Kitchingman. He has seven wins in 22 starts, earnings of $250,256 and is coming off a fourth in a June 24 optional claimer.

Advance Ticket is by Formal Gold, out of the French Deputy mare La Treizieme, was bred by owner Michelle McDonald and is trained by Dennis Patterson. He has nine wins in 34 starts, earnings of $214,124 and is coming off a May 25 optional claimer win.
