McHeat is by Unusual Heat, out of the Half a Year mare Style of the Year, was bred by owner Madeline Auerbach and is trained by Barry Abrams. He has one win in five starts, earnings of $38,580 and is coming off a ninth in the Apr. 4 Echo Eddie Stakes.
Guy Code is by Blazonry, out of the Gone West mare Stayingalive, was bred by Running Horse Equine Training and Wellness Center, is owned by Heart Racing Stable and trained by G.F. Almeida. He has two wins in nine starts, earnings of $83,190 and is coming off a fourth in the Apr. 12 San Pedro.
