Cal-bred Turf Extravaganza Apr. 26

ALBANY, Calif. (Mar. 31, 2015) – The California-bred Turf Extravaganza will be held Sunday, Apr. 26 at Golden Gate.

The inaugural event features two stakes races and two allowances races with purses totaling nearly $275,000:

$100,000 Campanile Stakes for Golden State Series eligible 3-year-old fillies at one mile on turf.

$100,000 Silky Sullivan Stakes for Golden State Series eligible 3-year-olds at one mile on turf.

$37,000 Turf Allowance for Cal-bred or Cal-sired fillies 3-and-up.

$37,000 Turf Allowance for Cal-bred or Cal-sired 3-and-up.

Come and join us to celebrate Cal-breds in the beautiful and private Directors’ Room. The Directors’ Room offers all the amenities of the Turf Club with the addition of a private dining area, private restrooms, delicious buffet, private auto tote wagering and a private bar.

Guests of the Directors’ Room are also treated to a welcome glass of champagne to begin your day at the races in style. The price of the party is $100 per person or tables of four or six are available. The price includes valet parking, program, admission, delicious buffet and all drinks.

There is limited seating in the Directors’ Room so make your reservations early. There will be overflow seating outside of the Directors’ Room in the Turf Club.
