ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 14, 2016) – California Diamond is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $70,000 Speakeasy Stakes for 2-year-olds at Santa Anita.
California Diamond is by Harbor the Gold, out of the Slewdledo mare Carrie’s a Jewel, was bred by Stormy Hull, is owned by Rockingham Ranch and trained by Peter Miller.
He has three wins in five starts, earnings of $212,100 and is coming off a win in the Sept. 18 Barretts Juvenile Stakes.
