DEL MAR, Calif. (Nov. 13, 2015) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting Thursday, November 19, at Del Mar’s Surfside Race Place (simulcast facility) beginning at 9:30 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the Board meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The meeting agenda and supporting package of materials also are available on the CHRB website.
