(Aug. 19, 2014) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular meeting Thursday, August 21, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Del Mar Surfside Race Place (simulcast facility). The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast).
