Control Seeker Controls Grace

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Aug. 5, 2012) – California-bred Control Seeker rallied wide to win Sunday’s $62,750 Joseph T. Grace Handicap at Santa Rosa.

Control Seeker is by Sought After, out of the Red Ransom mare Red Table, was bred by Miraleste Inc., is owned by Theresa and Edward DeNike and trained by Keith Nations.

He has seven wins in 33 starts, earnings of $260,273 and was coming off a second in a July 15 optional claimer.

Control Seeker ran the 1 1/16 miles on turf in 1:44.84 and won by 1 ½ lengths at odds of 7-1.
