CTBA Stakes a Lovingier Showcase

DEL MAR, Calif. (July 16, 2012) – Terry Lovingier is among the connections of three of the seven entrants in Friday’s $100,000 California Thoroughbred Breeders Association Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Del Mar.

Akiss Forarose is by Rio Verde, out of the Kissin Kris mare Bold Kiss, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Lovingier, Craig Warren and Templeton Horses and is trained by Gary Sherlock. She won her lone start June 2 and has earnings of $31,200.

Tilde is by Swiss Yodeler, out of the Cee’s Tizzy mare Self Taught, was bred by Revocable Trust of Mikel Harrington and Patricia Harrington, is owned by Mike Harrington Trustee and is trained by Mike Harrington. She has one win in two starts, earnings of $52,560 and is coming off a seventh in the June 16 Cinderella.

Jilly Baylee is by Stormin Fever, out of the Out of Place mare Out of a Dream, was bred by LaMonte Isom, is owned by Marty Ladin and trained by Steve Knapp. She is coming off a maiden win in her third start June 7 and has earnings of $19,390.

Cotton’s Point is by Salt Lake, out of the Smart Strike mare Smart’n Striking, was bred by owner Adrian Gonzalez and is trained by Jeff Bonde. She is a maiden making her third start with earnings of $13,120.

Awe Golly Molly is by Awesome Gambler, out of the All Gone mare Molly’s Gone, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Dolan, London, Winters, Lovingier et al and is trained by Walther Solis. She has one win in two starts, earnings of $37,200 and is coming off a fourth in the June 16 Cinderella.

Awe’Some Kitten is by Awesome Gambler, out of the Sir Cat mare Run Kitty Run, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Haymes, Lovingier, Templeton Horses and Gary Sherlock and is trained by Sherlock. She has one win in three starts, earnings of $39,440 and is coming off a fifth in the June 16 Cinderella.
