VANCOUVER, B.C. (May 4, 2016) – Dashing Don is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $50,000 Jim Coleman Province Stakes for 3-year-olds at Hastings Park.
Dashing Don is by Popular, out of the Meadowlake mare Summer Bay, was bred by rod and Lorraine Rodriguez, is owned by JDP Holdings, Nancy Betts, Don Adams and Ross Rees and is trained by Betts.
He has two wins in four starts, earnings of $30,704 and is making his first start since an 11th in the Oct. 12 Ascot Graduation Stakes.
