FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 12, 2014) – California-bred Downtown C. T. led throughout to win Sunday’s $75,560 Bull Dog Handicap at Fresno.
Downtown C. T. is by Crafty C. T., out of the Bertrando mare Downtown Tali, was bred by Ellen Jackson, is owned by Carina Jauregui and Stuart Kesselman and is trained by O.J. Jauregui.
He has six wins in 26 starts, earnings of $187,371 and was coming off a third in a Sept. 12 allowance.
Downtown C. T. ran the 1 1/8 miles in 1:49.62 and won by three-quarters of a length at odds of 3-1.
