Gold Rush Nominations Online

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Apr. 5, 2011) – Amazombie, Unzip Me, Compari and Enriched are among the 246 nominations received for the $785,000 Gold Rush XII, to be run Saturday, April 23, at Hollywood Park.

The eight-race card is exclusively for California-breds and California-sireds.

The $150,000 Snow Chief Stakes for 3-year-olds is the feature event and the 15 nominations include Bench Points, Thirtyfirststreet and Offlee Wild Boys.

The $125,000 Tiznow Stakes shapes up as one of the toughest races of the day with nominations including recent Grade II winner Amazombie, graded winners Compari, Enriched and Liberian Freighter, plus Quick Enough, who recently ran in Dubai.

The $125,000 B. Thoughtful Stakes nominees include Unzip Me, Ultra Blend, La Nez and Antares World.

The $60,000 NTRA Maiden Stakes drew the most nominations, 50.
