ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 8, 2018) – Barretts Debutante winner Ismelucky is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Sweet Life Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Ismelucky is by Lucky Pulpit, out of the Tribal Rule mare Ismene, was bred by Stephen Ferraro, is owned by Bonde or Russell and is trained by Jeff Bonde.
Ismelucky has two wins in five starts, earnings of $120,765 and is coming off an eighth in the Dec. 2 Soviet Problem.
