ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 25, 2018) – Stakes winner Jimmy Bouncer and fellow California-bred Fly to Mars are entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Clocker’s Corner Stakes at Santa Anita.
Fly to Mars is by Minsters Wild Cat, out of the Doc Gus mare Warren’s Flyer, was bred by owner Gary Barber and is trained by Peter Miller. He has three wins in nine starts, earnings of $108,168 and is coming off a Dec. 31 optional claiming win.
Jimmy Bouncer is by Square Eddie, out of the General Meeting mare Meetmeinthewoods, was bred by Reddam Racing, is owned by St. Hillaire, Guerrero or Dunbar, et al, and is trained by Michael Pender. He has eight wins in 19 starts, earnings of $434,260 and is coming off a ninth in the Nov. 19 Cary Grant.
