TEMECULA, Calif. (Dec. 15, 2014) — Kate’s Event, winner of the Tiznow Stakes at Hollywood Park, has been retired and will stand stud at Special T Thoroughbreds in Temecula for the 2015 breeding season.
Kate’s Event is by Event of the Year and out of Nordidid by Mane Minister and retired sound. He earned $460,162 and is Event of the Year’s leading earner.
Kate’s Event will stand for owner-breeder William Ziering for a $1,000 fee, stand and nurse.
