ARCADIA, Calif. (Dec. 22, 2017) – Graded stakes winner Miss Sunset is the lone California-bred entered in Tuesday’s $300,000 Grade I La Brea Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Miss Sunset is by Into Mischief, out of the Trippi mare Tuscan Sunset, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds & Alan Klein, is owned by Klein or Lebherz and is trained by Jeff Bonde.
She has seven wins in 11 starts, earnings of $600,390 and is coming off three consecutive wins, the last on Oct. 21 in the Lexus Raven Run.
