Reduction of Craig Stock at Barretts

POMONA, Calif. (Jan. 11, 2010) -- The sensational young sire Candy Ride, who has at least nine stakes winners from his first crop including the graded stakes winners Capt. Candyman Can (G1), Evita Argentina (G1), Misremembered (G2), Chocolate Candy (G3) and El Brujo (G3), will be heavily represented among the 44 horses offered in the major reduction of The Craig Family Trust (Grant Hofmans, Agent) which is being held in conjunction with the January 25-26 Barretts Mixed Sale.

All Craig Family Trust horses will be sold without reserve.

Candy Ride will be represented by 10 horses of racing, seven 2-year-olds, eight yearlings, as well as six broodmares in foal to him in the catalog. He concluded his brilliant, undefeated racing career for the Craig family with a facile victory in the Pacific Classic-G1 over Medaglia d�Oro while setting a new track record and earning a Beyer rating of 123.
