SUNLAND PARK, N.M. (Jan. 19, 2010) -- California-breds Tornado Betty and Chandlers Heart are entered in Sunday�s $50,000 El Paso Times Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Sunland Park.

Tornado Betty is by Comic Strip, out of the Half Term mare Joyously, was bred by Dr. and Mrs. William Gray, is owned by Stable H.M.A. and is trained by Ed Kereluk. She has three wins in seven starts, earnings of $51,965 and is coming off a win in the Dec. 26 Arizona Juvenile Fillies.

Chandlers Heart is by Western Fame, out of the Romanov mare Where�s My Heart, was bred by Roberto Gonzalez, Wright Batlin and Marc Batlin, is owned by Guy Francone and trained by Gary Greiner. She has two wins in six starts, earnings of $25,274 and is coming off a win when claimed for $16,000 Dec. 31.
