CHRB Meeting Jan. 15 ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 5, 2010) -- A meeting of the California Horse Racing Board will be held on Friday, January 15, 2010, commencing at 9:30 a.m., in the Baldwin Terrace Room at the Santa Anita Park Race Track, 285 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California. The meeting will open at 9 a.m., then the Board will adjourn into Closed Session with the regular meeting commencing at approximately 9:30 a.m.
