ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 10, 2010) -- Pretty Unusual is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday�s $250,000 Grade II Santa Maria Handicap for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Pretty Unusual is by Unusual Heat, out of the Siphon mare Sci Fi Kin, was bred by David Abrams and Madeline Auerbach, was foaled at Old English Rancho, is owned by Madeline Auerbach or Murray Goda or Jack Klugman and is trained by Barry Abrams.
She has three wins in 11 starts, earnings of $282,632, and is coming off a third in the Jan. 30 Sunshine Millions Filly & Mare Turf.
