China Doll Draws Cal-bred Pair
ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 17, 2010) -- California-breds Camille C and Dislitleliteomine are entered in Saturday�s $60,000 China Doll Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Camille C is by Roman Dancer, out of the Rahy mare Paris Operetta, was bred by Rod and Lorraine Rodriguez, is owned by Carlos Polanco and trained by brother Marcelo Polanco. The $4,200 Barretts purchase has two wins in 10 starts, earnings of $154,021 and is coming off a sixth in the Dec. 27 California Breeders� Champion Stakes.
Dislitleliteomine is by Singletary, out of the Crystal Glitters mare Lighted Glitter, was bred by Robert Harmon, is owned by Stephen Young and trained by Jorge Periban. She has one win in five starts, earnings of $29,680 and is coming off a sixth in a Jan. 29 optional claimer.
