ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 27, 2017) – Multiple stakes winner Majestic Heat is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade I Rodeo Drive Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Majestic Heat is by Unusual Heat, out of the Ole mare Chi Chi Nette, was bred by Madeline Auerbach & Barry Abrams, is owned by Auerbach, McCauley or Bardy Farm and is trained by Richard Mandella.
She has five wins in 12 starts, earnings of $352,639 and is coming off a win in the Aug. 11 Solana Beach. She was sixth in this race last year.
