Misremembered to BG Thoroughbreds

HEMET, Calif. (Nov. 17, 2016) — Grade 1 winner and track record setter Misremembered has been relocated to BG Thoroughbreds to stand the 2017 in Hemet. The son of Candy Ride (ARG) will stand for $2,500.

 

Trained out of the Baffert Stables, Misremembered won six races and earned more than $1.3 million. He won the G1 Santa Anita Handicap and posted victories in the G2 Swaps Stakes and G2 Indiana Derby, where he ran the 8+1/2 furlongs in track record time of 1:40 4/5. He also won the Santana Mile at Santa Anita by an easy three lengths stopping the clock for the mile at 1:33 2/5. He was ranked as #1 Handicap Horse in North America upon his retirement according to Daily Racing Form.

 

Misremembered has 2 crops of racing age and has already produced a graded stakes winner, two stakes winners and three stakes placers.
