NEW ORLEANS, La. (Nov. 24, 2017) – Nite Delite is the lone California-bred entered in the Dec. 2 $50,000 Richard Scherer Memorial Stakes for fillies and mares at Fair Grounds.
Nite Delite is by War Chant, out of the Mountain Cat mare One Tough Cat, was bred by Angel Crest Farm, is owned by Savorthetimeracing and is trained by Bret Calhoun.
She has seven wins in 25 starts, earnings of $321,015 and is coming off a win in an Oct. 1 optional claimer when claimed for $25,000.
