California Diamond is by Harbor the Gold, out of the Slewdledo mare Carrie’s a Jewel, was bred by Stormy Hull, is owned by Rockingham Ranch and is trained by Peter Miller. He is unbeaten in two starts with earnings of $108,600 and is coming off a win in the July 9 Santa Anita Juvenile Stakes.
Dutt Bart is by Empire Way, out of the Essence of Dubai mare Applaud Dubai, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Chou, Lovingier or Deweese and is trained by Mike Harrington. He has one win in two starts, earnings of $35,325 and is coming off a sixth in the July 3 Everett Nevin.
