ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (Aug. 10, 2016) – Ranger Rod is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $50,000 Manzano Stakes for 2-year-olds at Albuquerque.
Ranger Rod is by Chattahoochie War, out of the Malibu Moon mare Night Teller, was bred by owner Gallegos del Norte Racing and is trained by Jose Rodriguez.
He is a maiden making his second start with earnings of $1,500.
