DEL MAR, Calif. (Nov. 15, 2017) – Smiling Tigress is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Desi Arnaz Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Del Mar.
Smiling Tigress is by Smiling Tiger, out of the Hard Spun mare Spun Clear, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds, is owned by Fasihuddin or Sarwar and is trained by David Bernstein.
She has one win in five starts, earnings of $49,585 and is coming off a seventh in the Nov. 3 Golden State Juvenile Fillies.
