Solid Field for Harris Farms Stakes

FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 4, 2017) – Graded winner Solid Wager leads a field loaded with stakes winners in Saturday’s $100,000 Harris Farms Stakes for Golden State Series eligible at the Fresno Fair.

Multiple stakes winner Mr. Hinx is by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Put It Back mare Kitten Exchange, was bred by owner Gary Barber and is trained by Steve Miyadi. He has five wins in nine starts, earnings of $338,548 and is coming off a fourth in the Aug. 26 Pat O’Brien.

Summersimage is by Slew’s Tiznow, out of the Siberian Summer mare Summer Swimmer, was bred by owner William Hedrick and trained by Ricardo Perez. He has three wins in five starts, earnings of $80,035 and is coming off a win in the Aug. 6 Robert Dupret Derby.

Love My Bud is a Kentucky-bred by California stallion Tizbud, out of the Forest Wildcat mare Kathwen, was bred by owner Pamela Ziebarth and is trained by Martin Jones. He has three wins in 10 starts, earnings of $117,940 and is coming off a Sept. 17 optional claiming win.

Algenon is a Kentucky-bred by California stallion Aragorn, out of the Swiss Yodeler mare Alpine Yodel, was bred by owner Rozamund Barclay and is trained by Len Kasmerski. He has five wins in 16 starts, earnings of $146,932 and is coming off a Sept. 8 optional claiming win.
