ARCADIA, Calif. (Mar. 27, 2015) – California stallion Sundarban was represented by his first winner Friday when Howdy won the third race at Santa Anita, a maiden special weight for Cal-breds.
Howdy is a 3-year-old colt out of the Momentum mare Foxy Babe, was bred by Crystal Valley Farm, is owned by Ciaglia Racing and Crystal Valley Farm and is trained by Peter Eurton.
Howdy ran the mile in 1:36.85 and won by 5 ¼ lengths at odds of 2-1.
