ARCADIA, Calif. (Apr. 15, 2015) – Tangelo is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $150,000 Grade III Santa Barbara Handicap for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Tangelo is by Square Eddie, out of the Bob Back mare Tangle, was bred by J. Paul Reddam, is owned by Reddam Racing and trained by Ben Cecil.
She has one win in eight starts, earnings of $92,338 and is coming off a second in a Mar. 19 allowance.
