ARCADIA, Calif. (Dec. 22, 2015) – Warren’s Veneda, making her first start since the Breeders’ Cup Distaff, is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $100,000 Grade III Robert J. Frankel Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Warren’s Veneda is by Affirmative, out of the Flying Continental mare More Cal Bread, was bred by owner Benjamin Warren and is trained by Craig Lewis.
She has eight wins in 28 starts, earnings of $931,862 and is coming off a seventh in the Oct. 39 Breeders’ Cup Distaff.
