Wings of War Wins Ralph Hayes

ALTOONA, Iowa (Aug. 5, 2012) – Wings of War, an Iowa-bred son of California stallion Kafwain, won Saturday’s $96,475 Ralph Hayes Stakes for Iowa-breds at Prairie Meadows.

Wings of War ran the 1 1/16 miles in 1:43.60 and won by three-quarters of a length. He has nine wins in 26 starts and earnings of $336,950.
