TEMECULA, Calif. (Nov. 20, 2016) – Multiple graded winner Winning Cause has been retired and will stand the 2017 breeding season at Milky Way Farm in Temecula for a $2,000 fee.
Winning Cause, a 6-year-old son of Giant’s Causeway, won a trio of Grade III stakes – the 2013 Coolmore Lexington, the 2014 Cliff Hanger and the 2015 Red Bank for trainer Todd Pletcher.
Out of the Kingmambo mare Raffishing, Winning Cause banked $645,743 in 27 starts.
