PLEASANTON, Calif. (July 4, 2017) – California-bred Yahoo Tahoe overcame a bobble at the start to run his win streak to three by taking Sunday’s $62,350 Oak Tree Sprint Stakes at the Oak Tree at Pleasanton meet.
Yahoo Tahoe is by McCann’s Mojave, out of the Ghazi mare Ghazi’s Lass, was bred by Steve Specht, is owned by Hollendorfer or Richard Robertson and is trained by Jerry Hollendorfer.
He has 10 wins in 38 starts, earnings of $284,056 and was coming off consecutive claiming wins.
Yahoo Tahoe ran the six furlongs in 1:10.53 and won by 2 ¼ lengths at odds of 11-1.
