CANOVANAS, Puerto Rico (Jan. 2, 2026) – My First Legacy, a Kentucky-bred daughter of California stallion Midnight Storm, won Thursday’s $42,480 Versets Jet Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Hipodromo Camarero.
It was the first stakes win for My First Legacy, who has three wins in six starts. She is out of the Indian Charlie mare Naughty Matilda. Sent off at odds of 9-1, My First Legacy ran the mile in 1:40.22 and won by three-quarters of a length.
