ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 13, 2015) – Uzziel, who is also entered in Saturday’s Santa Maria Stakes, is the lone California-bred entered in Monday’s $200,000 Grade II Buena Vista Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Uzziel is by Harlington, out of the Lord At War mare Pretti Woman, was bred by owners James and Tammy McKenney and trained by J. Keith Desormeaux.
She has four wins in 11 starts, earnings of $159,138 and is coming off a fifth in the Dec. 26 La Brea.
