DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 30, 2015) – Graded stakes winner Harlington’s Rose is one of four California-breds entered in Wednesday’s $80,000 Tranquility Lake Stakes for fillies and mares at Del Mar.
Our Pure Creation is by Pure Prize, out of the Smart Strike mare Creative Karen, was bred by owner Joe Parker and is trained by Val Brinkerhoff. She has four wins in 12 starts, earnings of $188,568 and is coming off a third in the Aug. 7 Daisycutter.
Graded winner Harlington’s Rose is by Harlington, out of the Orientate mare A Rose for You, was bred by Y-Lo Racing Stables, is owned by Thomas Halasz, Ryan Johnson, Paul Newhart, Martha Miller, et al and is trained by Steve Knapp. She has four wins in 25 starts, earnings of $374,790 and is coming off a sixth in the Aug. 7 Daisycutter.
Stakes winner Wild in the Saddle is by Silic, out of the Wild Deputy mare Local Law, was bred by Dinesh Miniar, is owned by Nadine Anderson and Cheyenne Ortiz and is trained by Richard Baltas. She has eight wins in 36 starts, earnings of $295,568 and is coming off a fourth in the June 13 Adoration Stakes.
My Monet is by Decarchy, out of the Lord Avie mare Madam, was bred by Ridgeley Farm, is owned by KM Racing and trained by Ricky Agarie. She has five wins in 16 starts, earnings of $239,038 and is coming off a sixth in the Aug. 1 Clement Hirsch.
